After being away from baseball for two years my pitching mechanics needed a lot of work. I was trying to get back into playing shape so that I could play college baseball...As I continued to work with him I noticed that I could throw harder with less effort and better control. My breaking balls broke sharper and harder than before...
I started working with Dan and I noticed big improvements in my throwing motion. I like how he started with the most basic and smallest details. It made it easy to work on things he taught in between pitching lessons...He had a pitching philosophy that incorporated adjustments but allowed you to keep your natural throwing motion. I have kept working with him during the off season to make sure that I continue to improve and stay mechanically sound. I would recommend him to anybody that wants to improve on the mound. |
